Release Timelines on Roadmap Increase Predictability

Microsoft wants to allow organizations using Office 365 services and applications to mindfully adopt new functionality, unlock new use cases, and solve business/mission challenges. To help facilitate planning and preparation, the roadmap now includes estimated availability dates. The Message Center within the Office 365 Admin Center remains the primary communication channel for admin action and change management. Notifications in the Message Center can be accessed via web portal, mobile app, or service communication API.

The Office 365 Roadmap (roadmap.office.com) now includes the estimated release timeframe for each feature! The targeted availability can be viewed by clicking on a feature name or exporting the roadmap to Excel.

Thanks for this enhancement to the roadmap, it will make planning easier and help set expectations accordingly. Nice touch that these
estimated dates are downloadable to Excel as well!
